Want to gear up to challenge yourself and increase your speed? We offer 1 on 1 race training with a top instructor who will create a detailed personalized program to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re a weekend warrior trying to get ready for your first race or an elite racer trying to dial in your stroke, our instructors can take you to the next level and then some! We will perform a full-body assessment and time trials, then formulate a 12 or 24-week race training schedule. Your workout schedule will be periodized or planned out to have you in optimal shape by the time race day comes. We will set up your land-based and water based workouts along with distance paddles, all you need to do is the work!
