YOW (Yoga on the Water) An amazing class that combines the balance of yoga and paddle boarding for an overall exhilarating workout. The challenge of yoga poses on the water provides a unique way to increase your core strength and flexibility while taking in the beauty of your natural surroundings.? This gentle class will cater to all ability levels, whether it is your first time on a SUP or practicing Yoga or if you are a well versed yogi. The goal is to introduce you to a fun, playful experience while receiving the amazing benefits of SUP and Yoga.

2 or more paddlers required for this event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if limit is not reached!
