Kai Paddle Fitness

Are you ready to get an amazing core conditioning workout and have fun at the same time? Kai Fitness is a workout taught entirely on the paddleboard using mostly body weight exercises like planks, sit-ups, burpees, prone paddles and even plyo jumps! The Cost is $20 BYOB (Bring your own board) and $40 if you need to be provided with a board.

YOW (Yoga on the Water) An amazing class that combines the balance of yoga and paddle boarding for an overall exhilarating workout. The challenge of yoga poses on the water provides a unique way to increase your core strength and flexibility while taking in the beauty of your natural surroundings. $40 per class; $20 BYOB (bring your own board).
